Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Canola Oil, White Salt, Black Salt, Tomato, Water, Cumin, Clove, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Mace, Star Anise, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Red Chili, Turmeric, Almond powder, Dried Mango Powder
Simple 4-Steps Use
(For 3 kg of meat - 400g)
Step 1 - Fry it
Fry meat in oil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2 - Add Yogurt
Add Yogurt (250g for 1kg) mix well & cook for 2-3 Minutes
Step 3 - Add & Mix Paste
Add 5-6 tbsp of Qorma Special and let it simmer on medium heat until tender. (Add water if needed)
Step 4 - Finish & Serve
Garnish with Fresh coriander or ginger, cut to your style.
Note: Don't put Qorma Special paste as a first step into hot oil.
