Ingredients:
Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Canola Oil, Salt, Tomato, Water, Cumin, Clove, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Mace, Star Anise, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Almond powder, Mustard Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Black Salt, Dried Mango Powder
Simple 5-Steps Use
(For 3 kg MEAT — 400g)
Step 1 - Preparation
Cut 5-7 Green chilies from center and fill Achar Gosht masala and set aside
Step 2 - Fry it
Fry meat in oil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 - Add Yogurt
Add Yogurt (250g for 1kg) mix well & cook for 2-3 Minutes
Step 4 - Add & Mix Paste
Add 5-6 tbsp of Achar Gosht and let it simmer on medium heat until tender. (Add water if needed)
Step 5 - Finish & Serve
Add paste filled green chilies & fresh coriander, cover lid for 2-3 minutes and serve.
Note: Don't put Achar Gosht paste as a first step into hot oil.
