Introduction
Handi Mix (Instant Handi) is a ready-to-cook gravy masala base, containing all the ingredients to cook vegetables or dals.

You just need some oil and your main ingredient (vegetable/dal).
100% natural. Stored in oil like 'achaar'.
Simple 4-Steps Use
(For 1 kg Vegetable/250g Dal)
Step 1 - Fry it
Boil dal first. Or fry vegetables in oil for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2 - Mix us
Mix well 3-4 tbsp Handi Mix with the fried ingredients. (Don't put Handi Mix directly into oil.)
Step 3 - Cover it
Cover the pot well.
Step 4 - Cook it
Cook 15 minutes, or until tender.

Precautions
- Don't put Handi Mix directly into oil. Otherwise, the handi will turn blackish.
- Use within 30 days after opening.
