Ingredients
Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Canola, Oil, Salt, Tomato, Water, Cumin, Clove, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Mace, Star Anise, Black Cardamom, Red Chili, Turmeric
Simple 4-Steps Use
(For 1 kg Vegetable/250g Dal - 400g)
Step 1 - Boil/Fry it
Half-boil dal or stir fry vegetables in oil for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2 - Mix it
Add & Mix well 3-4 tbsp of Handi Mix with the ingredients.
Step 3 - Cover it
Cover the pot well and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.
Step 4 - Cook it
Garnish with Fresh coriander, ginger or tarka of your choice
Note: Don't put Handi Mix paste as a first step into hot oil. Add yogurt/cream/water as per the recipe requirements.
