Simple 5-Steps Use
(For 2.5 kg RICE + MEAT — 400g)
Step 1 - Fry it
Fry 1.25 kg meat in oil for 2-3 mins.
Step 2 - Mix it
Add 250g yogurt and full jar of Biryani Gravy Masala.
Step 3 - Add Water
Add 1-2 cup water as needed and cook the meat up to 80%
Step 4 - Boil it
Boil 1.25 kg basmati rice separately with 4-5 tbsp salt, up to 80%.
Step 5 - Cook it
Spread the boiled rice over cooked meat and steam on low heat.
Note: Add fresh coriander & mint leave and some slices of tomato on the cooked gravy before spreading the boiled rice over it.
