Returns

• You can return the product within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
• Opened, used, or damaged products due to mishandling cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• If you received a wrong or damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days.
• We will cover the return shipping costs if the mistake was on our end.
