How to Cook Vegetable Curry with Handi
🕒 Ready in: 15-20 minutes
👥 Serves: 5-7 Persons
🧂 Ingredients
- 1 kg vegetable (aalu, kaddu, tinde, or whatever you want to cook)
- 3–4 tbsp (75-100g) Mix (adjust per taste)
- 3-4 tbsp cooking oil
- Fresh coriander & green chilies (optional—to garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions
- Heat oil in handi.
- Fry vegetable in it for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix 3-4 tbsp Mix into it and stir thoroughly.
- Add 1-1.5 glass water, depending on how much gravy you want.
- Cover the handi well.
- Let it cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
- Garnish and serve hot.

- Carefully read the recipe before use.
- This product is concentrated. Variations in the added amount can change the taste to more or less spicy. So, adjust the added amount to taste.
- For more gravy, add yogurt.
- For a better flavor of curry, add boiled water.
