How to Cook Vegetable Bhujiya with Nature Nosh

🧂 Ingredients
- 1 kg vegetable (aalu, kaddu, tinde, or whatever you want to cook)
- 3–4 tbsp (75-100g) Handi Mix (adjust per taste)
- 3-4 tbsp cooking oil
- Fresh coriander & green chilies (optional—to garnish)
👨🍳 How to Cook
- Heat oil in a handi.
- Fry vegetables in it for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix 3-4 tbsp Handi Mix into it and stir thoroughly.
- Add half a cup of water.
- Cover the handi well.
- Let it cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
- Garnish and serve hot.
