How to Cook Vegetable Bhujiya with Instant Handi

👥 Serves: 5-7 Persons


🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 kg vegetable (aalu, kaddu, tinde, or whatever you want to cook)
  • 3–4 tbsp (75-100g) Instant Handi Mix (adjust per taste)
  • 3-4 tbsp cooking oil
  • Fresh coriander & green chilies (optional—to garnish)

👨🍳 How to Cook

  1. Heat oil in a handi.
  2. Fry vegetables in it for 1-2 minutes. 
  3. Mix 3-4 tbsp Instant Handi Mix into it and stir thoroughly.
  4. Add half a cup of water.
  5. Cover the handi well.
  6. Let it cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish and serve hot.

  • This product is concentrated. Variations in the added amount can change the taste to more or less spicy. So, adjust the added amount to taste.
  • For more gravy, add yogurt.
  • For a better flavor of curry, add boiled water.
