How to Cook Mutton/Beef Qorma with Instant Handi

🕒 Ready in: 35-40 minutes

👥 Serves: 5-7 Persons


🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 kg mutton/beef
  • 3–4 tbsp (75-100g) Instant Handi Qorma Mix
  • 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1-1.5 cups yogurt (per taste)
  • Fresh coriander & green chilies (optional—to garnish)

👨🍳 How to Cook (Option 1)

  1. Heat oil in a handi over a medium flame.
  2. Fry mutton/beef in oil until it turns white.
  3. Mix 3-4 tbsp Instant Handi into the handi and mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover the handi well
  5. Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes until mutton/beef is tender.
  6. Garnish and serve hot.

👨🍳 How to Cook (Option 2)

  1. Add mutton/beef and 1.5 glasses of water to the pressure cooker.
  2. Let mutton/beef cook until tender.
  3. Add oil and 3-4 tbsp Instant Handi into the cooker and mix thoroughly.
  4. Close the cooker but don't put weights.
  5. Turn the flame low.
  6. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Your mutton/beef qorma is ready. Garnish and serve hot.

📋 Note

  • Carefully read the recipe before use. 
  • This product is concentrated. Variations in the added amount can change the taste to more or less spicy. So, adjust the added amount to taste.
  • For more gravy, add yogurt.
  • For a better flavor of curry, add boiled water.
