
How to Cook Chicken Curry with Instant Handi

🧂 Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken
- 3–4 tbsp. Instant Handi Mix (adjust per taste)
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- Fresh coriander & green chilies (optional—to garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions

Heat oil in a handi over a medium flame.
- Fry chicken in oil until chicken turns white.
- Mix 3-4 tbsp Instant Handi into the handi and stir thoroughly.
- Cover the handi well
- Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies, and serve hot.
